For C560, a new development on the western edge of Park Slope, Brooklyn, the approach was straightforward, modern and utilitarian. The physical materials were carefully considered to convey a balance of functionalism and luxury, the marketing language and property descriptions were embellishment-free, combined with a matter-of fact rendering style and an honest documentary approach to photographing the diversity of the neighborhood.

The property's architecture was based on the two intersecting grids of the streets that it fronts, with intersecting angles and volumes of materials and colors echoing the neighborhood itself. The design solution utilized a similar combination of those colors and textures to inform the results, with an emphasis on structure that was apparent in every touchpoint, and a modest approach to materials and finishes that spoke to the target market of the property.
